Ripples of Hope began with an enduring vision and a new idea.
In 2018, a group of leaders from purpose-driven companies came to the table to explore an idea. What if we could take the best qualities of executive mentorship programs and a proven business formula to accelerate the healthy, meaningful growth of organizations capable of conducting business as a force for good?
We could empower leaders to do more good — for their community, their business, and their peers.
Taking our name from those inspiring words and our vision from the idea, we created Ripples of Hope. The program brings participants and mentors together to articulate long-term goals, build high-functioning teams, and implement proven management processes. To accomplish this goal, we employ three fundamental elements of an accelerator model — learning, community, and mentorship.
